I have slacked off LONG enough, I think it’s time for another Tenchou’s update!

First, I would just like to comment on how successful the Internet Blackout Day was. The interweb as a whole has successfully brought the much-needed attention to this, for a lack of better words, retarded legislation from a bunch of white-collar 1% lobbyists. Now that SOPA has been shelved indefinitely, we can finally breathe easy as we avoided the latest round of shenanigans. That said, MEGAUPLOAD and all it’s affiliates were shutdown just one day after, likely a retaliation to the anti-SOPA movement, so unfortunately we are now down a valuable download source.

It’s been awhile since I last made a post. Life never quite work out the way you planned and the last few weeks have been anything but enjoyable for me. Tenchou, however, knows things will improve for the better. With that out of the way, let’s take a quick look on some of the stuff I’m going to cover:

I have decided to do some of my general blogging under this format instead of separating them into different post...it just looks cleaner and since I don't have too much to say about each topic, it just make more sense.

Welcome back PSN!

PSN has resumed full capacity today in NA with the re-opening of the PSN Store. As quickly as it went up my wallet is now missing $15 from new DLC for DW7, BB:CS and Dissidia 2, but all is good as PSN is now back and running. I do have one quick complain though: Costume DLCs for DW7 were free in Japan, yet they cost $1 here in NA, pretty underhand bullshit if you ask me, but nothing I could really do as I really do want some new costumes for some of the characters...damn you Koei!

As promised, better late than never...right?

One size fits all

So...I think I promised someone in AnimeSuki to upload these pictures like two weeks ago. I have been extreme distracted to say the least and finally got around to doing so, I'm sorry for the delay but here it is- Pictures of the Limited Edition to the third installment of Ar tonelico! As you can see, the package is nearly identical to the one I posted nearly two months back for Hyperdimension Neptunia, not that it's a bad thing. I am pretty happy with the hardcover artbook once again (some NSFW screenies in read more), and the flimsy box does keep everything together. In addition to the artbook though, the package also came with a soundtrack that I have yet to listen to, since I have yet to even play the game, but I'm sure it should be as good as the AT2's soundtrack.

In addition to AT3, recently I also got: Dissidia 2, Dynasty Warrior 7, 3rd Birthday and pre-ordered Catherine for PS3. However I have yet to make any progress for the games except DW7, where I finished the Shu Campaign. The gaming backlog is growing every day and I'm at a loss on what to do (-_-;)

Hyperdimension Neptunia- GET-O!

In addition to the awesome game of Vindictus that I'm playing, I just got my special edition of Hyperdimension Neptunia from EBgames today...Fortunately, these kind of games can wait so it won't hinder my blogging once I finish with my new set of armor in Vindictus, but I will be busy playing this super-moe game once I'm done!

Marvel vs Capcom 3, now Otakus have a reason to like Valentine 2011!

So...I wasn't a huge fan of MvC2, I mean I played it but I wasn't all out on it like I was with BlazBlue. However, the new graphics engine along with the inclusion of some of my favorite Marvel (Ironman) and Capcom (Zero, Chris) characters intrigued me. So, I've been following the game since then, and guess what? It's going to be released on Valentine's day of 2011, announced yesterday! Good news indeed.

Dynasty Warrior 7 announced!

No idea who she is or how she's related to the story, but really...who cares? (^_^)
